This premium version of the popular Thai drink is made of organic English-breakfast-style black tea, naturally flavoured with vanilla and caramel. Traditionally served with ice, milk, and sugar (must try), it can also be enjoyed hot — milky or not, sweetened or not.
From a 100% organic garden, mature plants (60 years+) in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.

Brewing
Gong fu cha: Best as a big-pot infusion — not typically brewed gong fu style.
Western / big pot: 95°C, 5g, 5 minutes for a big pot. Serve iced with milk and sugar or honey for a classic taste.
