About this piece

Those jars are left unglazed inside intentionally, to better breath with the tea. The lids are tight to prevent too much air flow. Elegant and distinct shapes.

About my work

I make every piece by hand in my small Chiang Mai studio. My work is shaped by my love for tea and my studies of oriental teawares. From working in a teahouse in Montreal to sourcing teas throughout northern Thailand, I have developped a unique style in my ceramics: one of a tea enthusiast. Each pot is made to be used, balancing function with a creative spin.
